What’s included

Assessment & Meters

Initial assessment and claim strength with 4 components: documentation, legal basis, telemetry and timeliness. Prioritize what to push.

Formalization in minutes

Complete data and docs on the web or INSYTA App. We generate the claim letter and standardized subject.

Sending & AI timeline

We integrate the hub to send emails and capture replies. The AI-ordered timeline shows progress and pending items.

Radiation Map & Searoutes
Pro

We overlay the full route with daily solar radiation (kWh/m²) and compute a concise Thermal Risk Summary (e.g., “16 days ≥ 7000 Wh/m²; 10 days ≥ 8000 Wh/m²”). This builds a litigation-ready evidence base

FAQ

Practical answers about starting, structuring and following cargo claims through INSYTA.

Can I start a cargo claim without being a claims expert?+

Yes. INSYTA is designed so exporters, receivers and cargo owners can start a structured claim process without needing to be claims specialists. The Hub guides the user through shipment data, evidence, documents, claim amount, carrier communication and follow-up actions.

Can I upload all documents in one PDF?+

Yes. You can upload a single combined PDF or multiple files. INSYTA can analyze, classify, split and rename documents such as the bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, survey report, loss calculation and supporting evidence.

How are claims sent to the carrier?+

The Hub prepares a structured cargo claim letter and supporting documentation package. Once the claimant approves it, the claim is sent through the formal claim channel and the communication is tracked in the case timeline.

Is there a success fee?+

No. INSYTA does not charge a percentage of the recovered amount. The service is based on platform access, claim usage, credits and optional expert support, not on a success fee over the settlement.

What happens if the claim does not reach an agreement?+

If the case cannot be resolved commercially with the carrier, it can be prepared for escalation to a specialized legal or recovery process. The Hub helps preserve the claim file, documents, correspondence and timeline so the case is better structured if escalation becomes necessary.

Are replies written by AI?+

INSYTA can assist with suggested replies using AI, but every response must be reviewed and approved by the claimant before sending. The user remains in control. A rough instruction written in any language can be transformed into a formal reply suitable for a cargo claim context.

What are credits?+

Credits are used for expert-assisted claim support, especially when a carrier reply requires specialist cargo-claim judgment rather than a simple automated response. INSYTA may suggest AI-assisted drafts for routine communications, but the recommended use of credits is to request human expert review, claim strategy support or a professionally prepared response before the claimant sends it.

What does the radiation analysis do?+

Radiation analysis is currently informative and evidentiary support. It helps document route exposure and environmental behaviour under specific voyage conditions. It does not prove liability by itself, but it can strengthen the factual context when combined with temperature records, product sensitivity, vessel route and inspection evidence.

Can INSYTA integrate with our corporate email?+

Yes, this can be configured for enterprise clients. For early-stage use, claims can operate through the Hub’s controlled claim communication flow. More advanced setups may include dedicated mailboxes, domains, workspace rules and tailored processes.

Who is the claimant in the claim letter?+

The claimant should be the cargo owner, exporter, consignee or account holder entitled to bring the claim, depending on the commercial and transport documents. INSYTA supports the process, but the claim and replies should be presented as coming from the claimant.
