FAQ

Can I upload docs from INSYTA App?

Yes. You can complete data and attach documents both from the web and INSYTA App; everything is synced in the Hub.

How are claims sent?

We use an n8n flow: when you click “Send claim”, an email is sent from a generic mailbox with a standardized subject. Replies are stored and fuel the timeline.

What are credits?

Credits are points spent when you ask the Insyta team for assisted replies. A typical assistance may cost 15 credits.

Can you integrate my corporate mail?

Yes. In Enterprise we integrate domains and dedicated pipelines, with SSO and tailored flows.
